Pattern Spectacular

Classes                          Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters, FAI

Registration                   $50, registration at the field, starting at 7:00 AM.  This is an AMA sanctioned contest so proof of AMA membership must be provided when registering.

Start time                      Pilot’s meeting at 7:45.  Wheels up at 8:00 AM sun is an issue in late afternoon so we will start on-time.

Practice                         Friday all day, Saturday morning Dawn until start, same Sunday.

6 rounds                        If we get started early Saturday, as planned, we may get 4 rounds in Saturday.

Judging                         We will be using contestant judging.

Rule exceptions              The Sportsman class will be open to any AMA legal plane.

Lunch                            Will be provided on Saturday.

Overnight camping        No hook ups, lots of dry grass, so use care with barbeques etc, no open fires!!

Field Conditions             40X400 ft Petro Mat runway Covered pit area, limited shade, bring any shade you have. Power at the field in the pits.

Directions

From Interstate 80 in Davis take highway 113 north.  Take the County road 29 exit and head east.  Turn left onto Road 102.  Take first right onto County Road 29.  Proceed approximately one mile field entrance will be on the right
