If you would like to get a hard copy of the K-Factor instead of the electronic version, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log onto the website with your user name and password
2. Click "Edit/View User Profile" located on the User Menu
3. Right above your avatar, click on the "Edit" pull-down and click on "Update your Profile"
4. Click on the "NSRCA/AMA" tab
5. Next to "Hard-Copy K-Factor", select "Y" to receive the hard-copy K-Factor
6. Scroll down to the bottom and click the "Update" button to save your change
